What PATRN holds

• Your name, email and program, so you can sign in.
• The match files you upload, and the reports built from them.
• Player names, jersey numbers and performance figures — as they appear in the files you upload. PATRN does not add anything about a player that is not already in them.

About student-athletes

The files you upload describe identifiable people who are not PATRN users. That data is visible only to your own program's staff, and to anyone you deliberately send a share link to.

If your institution treats athlete performance data as an education record, your compliance office — not PATRN — decides what may be uploaded and shared. Worth asking before you upload a season.

Who can see it

Your program's data is scoped to your program at the database level. Another program cannot read it, whatever they do in the app.

A share link is the exception, and it is deliberate: anyone holding one can open that report without logging in. A coach link opens the full report; a player link opens only the player game plan and cannot be turned into the coach one. Revoke either at any time from the report.

Where it lives

On Supabase and Vercel in the United States (US West), with match-file parsing on Railway, also US West. Report wording is drafted by Anthropic's Claude API from figures computed by PATRN; the API is not permitted to train on it.

Deleting it

Delete a report from your Scouts list at any time — the matches stay so you can rebuild. To remove your account and everything in it, reply to the email that invited you and it will be deleted from the live service.
